Data-Driven Cardiovascular Monitoring & 90-Day Heart Health Programme
Evaluating whether data-driven, wearable-integrated infrastructure can support structured cardiovascular risk prevention at scale. In partnership with TRAIN Health Awareness, the programme combines baseline cardiovascular risk profiling, structured behavioural activation, and data-driven personalisation within a structured 90-day pathway, alongside ongoing monitoring of cardiometabolic indicators and structured reporting pathways aligned with clinical oversight. Target outcome: structured cardiovascular disease prevention and long-term monitoring, delivered within institution-ready governance and under TRAIN's clinical oversight.

Digital Signatures of Health Outcomes for Preventing Severe Maternal Morbidity (PRiSMM)
A co-funded project through the EPSRC DRIVE-Health Centre for Doctoral Training at King's College London, embedding wearable data into the national PRiSMM platform, led jointly by the University of Oxford and King's College London. The project explores whether digital signatures from wearable and mobile health data (heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, temperature, blood oxygen saturation, and activity) can predict which women are at highest risk of severe pregnancy complications. Target outcome: earlier intervention and more equitable care, addressing known disparities in maternal risk across demographic groups.
