Accessibility statement.

Accessibility StatementLast reviewed 5 August 2026

BiotrackOS is committed to making its website, professional workspace, and personal App accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our accessibility standard

In short

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our benchmark across product design, engineering, content, and support.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility benchmark. Accessibility is considered across product design, engineering, content, and customer support, alongside any legal and contractual accessibility requirements that apply to a particular deployment.

Our approach

In short

We consider accessibility across keyboard navigation, screen readers, colour contrast, responsive layouts, and more — as part of how we build, not an afterthought.

Our accessibility work considers areas including:

  • Keyboard and non-pointer navigation
  • Clear structure, labels, and instructions
  • Screen-reader and assistive-technology compatibility
  • Colour contrast and non-colour indicators
  • Text resizing, zoom, and responsive layouts
  • Alternatives for visual information and interactive data
  • Motion, focus visibility, and interaction timing
  • Accessible documents and support materials

Conformance and continuous improvement

In short

We are carrying out structured assessment across our products. We do not currently make a blanket conformance claim — accessibility findings are prioritised as part of product development.

We are carrying out structured assessment across the BiotrackOS website, professional workspace, personal App, and supporting documentation. Because these products contain different features and evolve regularly, we do not currently make a blanket conformance claim covering every page, screen, and workflow.

Accessibility findings are recorded, assessed, and prioritised as part of product development. Where testing identifies a material limitation that cannot be resolved promptly, we will describe it here together with any available alternative and planned remediation.

This approach should not be interpreted as meaning that no accessibility barriers exist. We welcome reports from users because assistive technologies, devices, and individual access needs vary considerably.

Getting help and reporting a barrier

In short

Email accessibility@biotrackos.com if you hit a barrier or need information in a different format. You do not need to disclose a disability. We aim to respond within two business days.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, email accessibility@biotrackos.com.

Please tell us:

  • The page, screen, or feature involved
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened
  • Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it
  • The format or alternative that would help you

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical condition.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within two business days and provide a substantive response within five business days. Where possible, we will provide a reasonable accessible alternative while an issue is investigated.

Further help

If you are in England, Scotland, or Wales and are dissatisfied with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service can provide information and advice about equality rights.

People in the European Union may also have complaint rights under applicable national accessibility legislation where that legislation covers the relevant BiotrackOS service.

In all other jurisdictions, local disability or equality legislation may provide additional rights. Contact accessibility@biotrackos.com and we will assist you regardless of where you are located.

Reviewing this statement

We review this statement periodically and following material product or accessibility-assessment changes.
