Built so a body
can be understood
in one place.

Health data already exists. In a wearable, the blood test from last spring, the genomic report sitting in a PDF, the clinical note from your last appointment. Across every person on the planet, there is more health data than has ever existed. Almost none of it is connected.

BiotrackOS was built to change that. Not for one country, one condition, or one type of care. When health data flows to where it's needed, care gets better, research gets faster, and people get to understand the bodies they live in. That's what we're building toward.

Why now

The moment health data becomes policy.

For the first time, health systems are moving in the same direction. Connected records. Proactive care. Data that follows a person across a lifetime, not just within a single appointment. What was once a vision is becoming policy, and policy is becoming infrastructure.

The data already exists. The intent is there. What has always been missing is the layer that connects it — across devices, across institutions, across a lifetime.

That's not a data problem. It's an infrastructure problem.

Better connected data. Better decisions. Better health.

Principles

Six rules we won't break.

01

One record per person.

A body has one history. Our job is to make sure the software treats it that way.

02

Consent is the API.

Nothing leaves a person's record without their permission: granular, revocable, audit-logged.

03

Signal over surveillance.

We build for the data that informs a decision, not the data that scrolls. The record surfaces the signal; the person reading it makes the call.

04

Built right, or not at all.

Security, compliance, and data integrity are floors, not features. We don't ship around them.

05

The person owns the record.

We charge for the platform. The data belongs to the person it describes — shared only with their consent, used only for the purposes they've agreed to. We are custodians, not owners.

06

The goal is better health, not better data.

Connected data is the mechanism. Healthier people is the measure. If what we build doesn't move that needle, it doesn't belong in the product.

“I know what it's like to wonder, afterwards, whether an earlier signal or a fuller picture might have changed something. I've watched people close to me live through serious health conditions, at a time when the technology to continuously track and understand health simply didn't exist. It does now.

The instinct after a health crisis is always to wish you'd been paying more attention before it. BiotrackOS is for before, and for what comes after.

I've spent a decade building health products and sitting across from clinicians, medical experts, health organisations, and research teams around the world who all wrestle with the same thing. The information they needed existed somewhere, it just wasn't where they needed it, when they needed it.

BiotrackOS is the company I kept wishing existed. A platform to connect every source of data that shapes a person's health, so it can be clear and understood, by the individual, and by the people who care for them.

Every body generates the data. Every person deserves to understand it.”
